A six-ton boulder with a bronze plaque dedicated in 1926 is located along U.S. Route 219 less than one mile south of Parsons marking the Battle of Corrick's Ford. Another monument to the battle was unveiled at the Tucker County Courthouse in Parsons in 1938.  Several interpretive waysides and historic markers are nearby along the Allegheny Highlands Trail and in Parsons.  The Corrick's House, where Confederate General Robert Garnett was taken after he was killed, still stands.
